WEEKDAY ARRIVAL TIMES

 

Day pupils may arrive in school from 8.00am onwards.

If there is a need to arrive before 8.00am, arrangements can be made with the appropriate boarding house.

WEEKDAYS

8.25                              Morning Registration

8.30 – 8.40                    Assembly, Group Meeting or Form Period

8.45 – 10.40                  Periods 1, 2 and 3

10.40 – 11.10                Supervised Morning Break

11.10 – 12.25                Periods 4 and 5 (Wednesday Period 6 until 1.05 pm)

12.25 – 1.00                  Lunch (Wednesday Lunch 1.05 – 1.30 pm)

1.00 – 1.25                    Supervised Lunch Break

1.25                              Afternoon Registration

1.30 – 2.45                    Periods 6 and 7

 

JUNIORS (YEARS 3 – 6)

2.45 – 4.25                    Lesson 8 and Clubs or Games

4.25 – 5.10                    Reading and Prep

5.10 – 6.00                    Tea

6.00 – 6.30                    Supervised Activity

6.30 – 7.00                    Extended Supervised Activity

 

SENIORS (YEARS 7 – 8)

2.45 – 3.25                    Lesson 8

3.30 – 5.00                    Clubs or Games

5.00 – 5.40                    Tea

5.50 – 7.00                    Prep

 

NOTE: On a Wednesday afternoon there are no lessons and all pupils participate in Games until Reading and Prep. Senior prep is 60 minutes.

 

WEEKDAY GOING HOME TIMES

There are several collection times available to parents.  We would expect that day Pupils are collected by 7.00pm but special arrangements can be made if necessary.

 

5.10 pm                        FROM THE CLOISTERS (Form 3 from the Form Room)

6.00 pm                        FROM THE CLOISTERS

6.30 pm                        FROM THE CLOISTERS (Day Pupil Transport departs)

7.00 pm                        FROM THE CLOISTERS


SATURDAYS

 

Saturday mornings as well as including some academic activities offer the opportunity for extra-curricular activities such as drama, choir and orchestra.  Games practices or matches are organised for Saturday afternoons.  Attendance on Saturday afternoons is optional for the younger pupils, although it is hoped that they will be encouraged to attend when selected for matches.
