12 midday Trip to Gifford’s Circus for Year 3, Pre-Prep and parents
1.00 pm Mouthguard fittings, Southlands
Tuesday 1st July
8.45 am Assoc. Board exams, until 1.00 pm
11.00 am Nursery, Reception and Years 1 and 2 to visit The Downs,
for picnic and games, until 2.00 pm
6.30 pm Year 8 Leavers’ Dinner followed by disco, ends at 10.30 pm,
collect from Assembly Hall
Wednesday 2nd July
8.45 am Setting up of Big School for Summer Concert, until 10.40 am
11.10 am Instrumental rehearsal for Summer Concert , Big School
2.00 pm Summer Concert full rehearsal, Big School, ends 4.00 pm
5.00 pm Moore Tea
5.00 pm Day pupils not in Summer Concert or Moore Tea, to go home
5.45 pm Day pupils in Moore Tea but not in Summer Concert, to go home
7.00 pm Summer Concert in Big School, Malvern College, ends 8.15 pm
(participating pupils to wear formal dress without blazers)
Thursday 3rd July
8.35 am Final Assembly
9.30 am Seating rehearsal for speeches
1.30 pm Rehearsal for Leavers’ Service, Assembly Hall
3.30 pm Break, ends 4.00 pm
4.00 pm Form Period for collection of belongings
5.00 pm Day pupils to go home
Friday 4th July
FORMAL DRESS:
Boys - long sleeved white shirts, ties and blazers
Girls - formal winter uniform, skirts, blouses and blazers
8.25 am Registration
10.30 am Chapel Service for Year 8 leavers and their parents, Assembly Hall
11.00 am Coffee served for parents in Reception
11.30 am Prep School prize-giving and speeches in Margaret Prior Hall
12.30 pm Term ends for Prep and Pre-Prep
12.30 pm Drinks for leavers and their parents, Dining Room
