| A Caring School The Medical Centre Oct 22, 2003, 14:21 Malvern College places great emphasis on its duty of care and that encompasses a high standard of medical care. At least one of the nurses is on duty at any time and they provide cover for routine medical examinations, injuries or illness. The doctors - one male and one female - hold a daily surgery where pupils receive discreet treatment. The Medical Centre has three wards, each with four beds in and one private ward. Pupils who are too ill to stay in their Houses are admitted to the Medical Centre where their condition is carefully monitored. Approachable staff and excellent facilities instil confidence in our pupils who know that if they should have a minor illness, or perhaps need a longer period of convalescence, they will receive excellent medical care.
